Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
LAC Medical is committed to making our care, our office, and our website accessible to every patient — including patients with disabilities and patients whose primary language is not English. This statement explains what we do, how to request accommodations, and how to give us feedback if something isn't working.
This commitment is grounded in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the California Unruh Civil Rights Act.

Accessibility on this website
We aim for this website to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means we work to make sure the site is:
- Perceivable — text alternatives for non-text content, sufficient color contrast, content that adapts to assistive technologies.
- Operable — keyboard accessible, no content that triggers seizures, enough time to read and use content.
- Understandable — readable text, predictable navigation, input assistance.
- Robust — compatible with current and future assistive technologies.
Specific features on this site
- Skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page for keyboard users.
- Semantic HTML headings, landmarks, and ARIA labels for screen-reader navigation.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Scalable text that responds to browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
- All interactive controls are keyboard accessible.
- Decorative images are marked with empty alt text; informational images have descriptive alt text.
- The site is built to current standards, but no website is perfectly accessible. If you find a barrier, please tell us (see Feedback below).
Known limitations
The Google Maps embed on the Location section is a third-party component with limited accessibility controls. If you would like the practice address read aloud or provided in another format, the same information is published as plain text directly above the map.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier to using this website, our office, or our services — or if you have a suggestion for how we can make access better — please tell us. We take feedback seriously and we will respond.
